About Us

The Smoked Culture BBQ + Brews isn’t your typical BBQ joint — it’s smoke, flavor, and community all under one roof. Born in Sioux Falls and built from the ground up, we’ve poured years of heart and hustle into creating a space where food, music, pinball, and people collide.
Every Friday and Saturday night, our ribs roll off the smoker, alongside brisket, pulled pork, pork belly “popsicles,” and all the handhelds you crave — sandwiches, wraps, tacos, burgers, and more. Pair it up with an ice-cold beer, challenge a friend on one of our pinball machines, and soak in the vibe.
From the art on the walls to the names on the menu, everything nods to skateboarding and the culture that inspired us. We’re here for the everyday hangs, the big celebrations, and everything in between. From catering your events to hosting trivia, pinball nights, and new menu collabs, The Smoked Culture is all about good food, good people, and keeping Sioux Falls flavorful.
