About Us
The Smoked Culture BBQ + Brews isn’t your typical BBQ joint — it’s smoke, flavor, and community all under one roof. Born in Sioux Falls and built from the ground up, we’ve poured years of heart and hustle into creating a space where food, music, pinball, and people collide.
Every Friday and Saturday night, our ribs roll off the smoker, alongside brisket, pulled pork, pork belly “popsicles,” and all the handhelds you crave — sandwiches, wraps, tacos, burgers, and more. Pair it up with an ice-cold beer, challenge a friend on one of our pinball machines, and soak in the vibe.
From the art on the walls to the names on the menu, everything nods to skateboarding and the culture that inspired us. We’re here for the everyday hangs, the big celebrations, and everything in between. Cannot recommend this local spot enough. By far the coolest bbq house in our area. Their takeout is always top notch. The THC drink line up is unreal. Staff is so knowledgeable. Old school arcade full of all the best pinball games. Artwork that tells you a story…literally. Stop in & check them out. Feel the vibe, taste the flavors. You won’t be sorry

Good BBQ wins a lot of points but taking it a step further with unique sandwiches and entrees really makes it kick. Great warm atmosphere and very friendly staff. One of our favorites when we stop in SF.
